Beefsteak is one of my favourite dish. In this article I would like to recommend a beefsteak house named the BBQ house. I remember the first time that I went to there for dinner with my friend. When I ate the meat, I was impressed by the quality of beefsteak. Therefore I took some pictures, intend to write a blog article to recommend this restaurant.

So far i have been there three times, and I had tasted two different cuts of beefsteak. First one is Filet Mignon with goose liver. the Filet Mignon is the cut of tenderloin and it usually is the leanest and tenderest part of beef. Therefore it usually tastes with a good mouthfeel. However it also the mildest part of a beef. So they put some goose live to make it more delicious. Overall to say, I give their filet beefsteak 8.5 stars.

The second one I had tasted is lib eye steak. Lib eye Steak is usually more fatten than tenderloin. But lib has stronger flavour. Because I prefer heavy beef flavour, I give 9 stars to lib eye steak.
