眼尖的朋友們可能已經發現我的部落格的最下方出現了這樣一個怪東西：
這個標記代表的是：屬於我的”創作工作”的 著作權（Copyright）聲明。
在開始介紹之前，先來看一下 Creative Commons 官方的簡介：
Creative Commons provides free tools that let authors, scientists, artists, and educators easily mark their creative work with the freedoms they want it to carry. You can use CC to change your copyright terms from “All Rights Reserved” to “Some Rights Reserved.”

我想這對於所有的創作工作者（包含像我這種用部落格胡說八道的人）提供了很方便且很有意義的工具，來保護我們的創作工作，並且學習如何尊重別人的創作工作。
先來定義一下”著作權”（Copyright）的意義：
A copyright is a set of exclusive rights granted by government for a limited time to protect the particular form, way or manner in which an idea or information is expressed.

一般的著作權保護聲明又可分為兩種：
1. 版權所有，保留所有權益（All Rights Reserved）。
All rights reserved. No part of this book may be reproducted in any forms, by photostat, …… , without the written permission of the copyright owner.

這個著作權聲明保留了所有的權益，非經著作權擁有者同意，不得進行任何方式的複製。通常一般的書籍都是使用這種著作權方式。
2. 版權所有，保留部份權益（Some Rights Reserved）。
例如：本部落格的聲明。
好滴，有了一些關於 Copyright 的基本概念之後，馬上就來教各位如何將 Copyright 的聲明置入您的部落格中。
第一步：使用者可以先到 Creative Commons 看一下該網站的內容以及所提供的服務。
第二步：使用者即可到 License Your Work 的頁面中，選取您的著作權聲明（如下圖所示）。
第三步：複製 cc 所提供的原始碼到您的部落格中。
小結一下：我是在友站（ Yukuan’s Blog ）的部落格中看到這個小圖示的，剛開始時是抱著好奇的心態，而去點選它的連結，後來發現，原來這是一個如此重要的”工具”，在搜尋的過程中也讓我上了寶貴的一課：
